About the role:
We're looking for an experienced Master Data Manager to join our Energy Services team.
In this newly created role, you'll take ownership of how we manage, maintain, and improve the quality, accuracy, and consistency of our critical business data, covering customers, suppliers, products, and assets.
Your work will have a direct impact on operational efficiency, compliance, and strategic decision making across the business.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and drive the master data governance framework to ensure compliance and consistency
- Lead data maintenance and quality improvement initiatives across ERP, Telematics and business systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data needs and standards
- Oversee analytics, and master data performance KPIs
- Support system upgrades, automation, and integration of MDM tools
- Lead, guide, and develop your team to drive continuous improvement and high performance
About you:
You're a detail-oriented data professional with a passion for accuracy and process improvement. You combine technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in data governance, master data management, or a similar role
- Strong ERP/MDM system knowledge (e.g. JDE, SAP, Oracle, Informatica, or Dynamics)
- Relevant qualification in Information Systems, Data Management, or similar
- Proven ability to lead change and collaborate across business functions
- A drive for excellence and continuous improvement
