About the Role
This role involves fabricating, assembling, and welding stainless steel components from technical drawings with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and safety. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment alongside a supportive, experienced team contributing to high-quality engineering and fabrication projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings and design specifications
- Performing TIG (predominantly) and MIG welding on stainless steel
- Fabricating and assembling components to exact tolerances
- Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
- Operating workshop machinery and tools safely
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in welding and fabrication (stainless steel essential)
- Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding
- Ability to read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong communicator
- Relevant trade qualifications (preferred but not essential)
