What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate and monitor plant machinery to meet production targets
- Ensure safe and efficient processing and despatch of fertiliser
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe workplace
What You Need:
- Physically fit and safety-focused
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Experience in manufacturing or process plant operations
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Good computer literacy
- Full NZ driver's licence
- OSH Forklift Certificate and F endorsement (desirable)
- W, T, R endorsements (desirable)
