Start your journey as a Machine Operator, working across a variety of machinery and gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced production environment. For the right person, this role has the potential to grow over time, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities - including the possibility of supporting shift‑supervisor duties as your skills and confidence develop.

This role requires and immediate start. If you need to give notice on your current job, this role will not suit you.
Benefits:
- Monday to Friday
- Afternoon shift - 3.00pm to 11.15pm
- Ongoing role - eventually into a support shift supervisor role.
- Free, secure onsite parking
Duties:
- Operate and be responsible for many production machines
- Assemble components to complete product
- Be accurate and have excellent attention to detail
- Computer skills required to help the transition to a new computer system later in 2026
- Quality control
- Pack product into shipper boxes
Skills and Experience:
- MUST HAVE CURRENT, CLEAN FULL NZ LICENCE
- Have excellent computer skills
- Be available to start work immediately
- Machine operation experience is required
- Leadership/supervisory experience advantageous
- Must have excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Be able to maintain efficiency throughout the shift
