We are currently seeking a dynamic, "sleeves-rolled-up" Operations Manager to lead our floor and drive our production success.

The Role

This is not a "desk-only" job. As our Operations Manager, you will be in charge of the plant. You will oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to final dispatch, ensuring that our operations run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning & Scheduling: Coordinating daily workflows to meet tight deadlines.
• Procurement & Purchasing: Managing supplier relationships and ensuring raw materials are always on hand.
• Dispatch Operations: Overseeing the accurate and timely delivery of finished goods.
• Customer Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and order updates.
• Team Leadership: Managing, mentoring, and motivating a dedicated production staff.
• Hands-on Support: Jumping onto the floor or the forklift whenever needed to keep things moving.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be as comfortable in front of a spreadsheet as you are on the warehouse floor.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing staff within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Technical Skills: A valid Forklift License is essential.
• Methodology: Strong understanding of Kanban systems and Lean Manufacturing principles is highly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with both the internal team and external customers.
• Attitude: A "hands-on" approach with the ability to lead by example.
