We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator/Yardman for a short-term assignment.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Potential for extended hours (5:30am – 4:30pm) for the right candidate
Applicants must hold a valid forklift certificate and have experience operating a counterbalance forklift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Picking and preparing customer orders
- Unwrapping and handling stock
- Washing stock using a water blaster
- Wrapping stock (manual and machine-assisted)
- Strapping palletised stock (using automated tools)
- Restacking
- General yard maintenance, housekeeping and yard support duties
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physical tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Forklift role: valid licence and proven experience required
