PAY RATE - Market rates paid for each work assignment, ranges from $24 - 27/hr 

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Industrial, Process & Labour Workers to support a range of our clients' work sites across South Canterbury.

These roles suit people who enjoy hands-on work, can follow instructions, and are committed to working safely in fast-paced environments.

Work assignments vary from casual, on-call days, to regular rostered shifts, and longer bookings - all dependent on what our clients need.  

Duties will vary depending on the site and industry, but can include:

• Production line, processing, and general factory duties
• Packing, labelling, sorting, and preparing products for dispatch
• Assembly and basic product handling
• Trimming product (including raw materials) using knives and cutting tools
• Quality checking
• Operating basic machinery and equipment
• Manual handling, lifting, and stacking product (including loads of 25kg+)
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment
• Inputting basic data into computer systems
• Following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times What We’re Looking For
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive, hands-on work
• Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Good English communication skills (spoken and understood)
• Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends may apply)
• Forklift and other licences/endorsements can be advantageous, but are not a requirement What’s in it for you
