About the Role We’re are seeking an experienced Logistics & Inventory Coordinator for a fast paced, hands-on environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, takes ownership of stock, and understands the importance of getting orders right, especially for international dispatch. You’ll play a critical role across logistics, inventory control, and production support, ensuring goods move efficiently, safely, and accurately from warehouse to customer.
Key Responsibilities Logistics & Dispatch
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders with a high level of accuracy
- Manage inwards and outwards goods efficiently
- Complete all documentation and system updates for stock movements
- Ensure export orders meet strict quality and accuracy standards
Inventory & Stock Control
- Maintain accurate inventory records and system entries
- Monitor stock levels and support stock control processes
- Double check orders, labelling, batch numbers, and traceability
- Ensure all goods meet quality standards before dispatch
Operations Support
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Assist with packing, labelling, and preparation of finished goods
- Set up and operate production/packing equipment as required
- Update daily production and tracking systems
Health, Safety & Quality
- Follow all health and safety procedures and promote safe practices
- Identify hazards and report issues proactively
- Maintain a clean, organised workspace (5S standards)
- Identify defects and ensure quality standards are consistently met
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
- Strong background in inventory control and stock management systems
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail (critical for export orders)
- Confident with order picking, dispatch, and documentation
- Basic computer skills for stock systems and data entry
- Ability to follow SOPs and work in structured processes
Licences & Requirements
- Forklift Licence (F endorsement + OSH); Essential
- Class 1 Driver Licence: Preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable in a hands-on role
