The Role:

As Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of the purchasing/inventory team, end-to-end supply function across the business, managing local and international purchasing, inventory planning, stock flow, supplier performance, and supply continuity across our national branch network.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can operate both strategically and practically, balancing forecasting, purchasing, stock analysis, supplier negotiation, and day-to-day execution.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, or inventory management
• Works well and makes fast, sound decisions in fast paced environment 
• Strong commercial understanding of stock, purchasing, margin, and supplier performance
• Experience managing both local and international supply
• Strong forecasting and inventory planning capability in a reactive industry
• Experience in distribution, wholesale, trade supply, or fast-moving product environments
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills
• Commercially minded, practical, and highly organised
• Confident working with ERP systems, reporting, and stock analysis
• Able to work across multiple functions and manage competing priorities
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
