Join ANZCO Foods Waitara in this fulltime permanent position. Reporting to our Quality Assurance Coordinator, this position will see you complete Quality Assurance activities on the Night Shift at ANZCO Foods Waitara (AGF, APF) to ensure food safety and quality requirements are followed to meet expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure CCPs and customer standards are maintained on a daily basis.
- Ensure QA checks are conducted at the frequency required and actions taken as applicable.
- Completion of pre-operational and post-clean verification checks.
- Sampling and testing of product and the environment to ensure customer and regulatory requirements are maintained.
- Following hold and release procedures on shift.
- Completing internal calibrations for testing equipment used.
- Documentation, data entry, record review, sign off and filing.
- Assist with quality and food safety investigations and resolutions.
Skills and Experience we are looking for:
- Previous experience within a similar position, preferably within the food industry.
- An understanding of quality assurance.
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Ability to manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail
- Analytical and methodical approach to work
- Be a team player.
