About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll support our production and warehousing operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Support: Assist with production line work, order picking, packing, and general warehousing duties
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain accurate production records and follow all health & safety procedures
• Efficiency: Contribute ideas and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve workflow issues to keep operations running seamlessly

What We're Looking For:

• Forklift experience (essential)
• Mechanical experience (advantageous)
• Physically fit and capable of regular heavy lifting
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Well-organised with attention to detail
• A proactive team player with a strong work ethic
