We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Customer lifecycle lead to join our Customer Engagement team. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Data, and Marketing, you will act as a strategic partner to bridge the gap between our product roadmap and marketing automation capabilities. You aren't just sending emails; you are building intelligent, automated ecosystems that react in real-time to how Kiwi buy, sell, and browse.

Here is what you can expect from this role:

  • Journey Ownership: Lead the strategy and execution for high-impact journeys (Acquisition/Activation/Retention/Win-back), orchestrating seamless experiences across email, push, in-app messaging and content cards
  • Product Collaboration: Partner with Product squads to identify key moments in the user journey and embed automated messaging to drive high-value actions
  • Segment Activation: Leverage segmentation models and intent signals to drive personalised engagement at scale
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as the functional lead for our CRM platform (Braze), defining tracking with Data and Engineering to unlock new personalisation opportunities
  • Continuous Optimisation: Lead hypothesis-driven experimentation to improve journey logic, timing and engagement
  • Innovation: Proactively integrate Generative AI and automation tools into your workflow to accelerate content production and reduce time-to-market

What you will bring to our team:

  • Experience: At least 4 years in a lifecycle, customer engagement or product marketing role
  • Technical Savvy: Proven experience building automated, triggered journeys and hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Braze
  • AI-Forward Mindset: A proactive interest in using AI to improve customer relevance and team productivity
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to turn data and insights into meaningful actions that improve retention
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to write compelling content and influence stakeholders across the business
  • Collaboration: A "can-do" attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally with analysts, designers and engineers
