At BestStart Lemon Street, we're all about inspiring children, families, and each other to grow and succeed. We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised Centre Administrator (permanent, 30 hrs/week) to be the welcoming face of our centre and the supportive heart of our team.
In this role you'll:
- Greet whānau and manage enquiries
- Support new enrolments
- Handle accounts, invoicing, and admin tasks
- Keep systems and records accurate
- Lend a hand in classrooms when needed
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys connecting with people
- Organised and able to meet regular deadlines
- Confident using Word, Excel, Outlook, and general IT systems
- Comfortable with account processes and solving problems
