Key Responsibilities
- Handle and process animal blood samples in accordance with safety protocols
- Lift and transfer large buckets of material into separators (some heavy lifting required)
- Wash, sanitise, and maintain buckets and associated lab equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the lab
- Follow strict quality, safety, and documentation procedures
- Support the lab team with general operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working with animal blood and biological material
- Able to perform regular lifting and physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work within a team
- Previous lab experience is beneficial but not essential for the right person
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety practices
