About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in our day to day operations. As Facilities Coordinator, you will help keep everything running smoothly while delivering responsive and high quality service to our tenants. The role is primarily office based, with the opportunity to attend site visits and gain hands on exposure to property operations while making a real impact.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate contractors for maintenance and repair works
- Obtain quotes and manage jobs through to completion
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for tenant maintenance requests
- Log, prioritise, and track maintenance jobs
- Support preventative maintenance programmes
- Conduct site visits to inspect works and identify issues
- Manage keys, access cards, and security registers
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting
What You Will Bring
- Experience in facilities coordination, property management, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic understanding of building maintenance is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
