We're looking for a motivated, driven, and established Real Estate Salesperson to join our supportive and high-performing Ray White team. If you're entrepreneurial, people-focused, and serious about growing your business in a strong local market, we'd love to talk.
The Role
As a Real Estate Salesperson, you'll be responsible for growing your personal brand while delivering outstanding results for your clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Listing, marketing, and selling residential and/or lifestyle property
- Prospecting for new listings and expanding your existing client base
- Conducting appraisals, open homes, private viewings, and auctions
- Managing negotiations through to unconditional sale
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service
- Ensuring compliance with REA legislation and company policies
- Database management, follow-up, and CRM use
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who is professional, self-driven, and motivated to succeed. Ideally, you'll bring:
- A current NZ Real Estate licence (Salesperson or above)
- Proven experience in residential and/or lifestyle real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A self-motivated, results-driven mindset
- Full driver licence and reliable vehicle
- Confidence using technology and CRM systems
- Strong time management and organisational skills
You'll be entrepreneurial, goal-orientated, and committed to building a successful real estate business. You'll bring strong local knowledge (or a commitment to deepening it), present yourself professionally, and be personable, trusted, and client-focused in everything you do.
