What You Bring to the Team:

• Proven experience in Property Management
• Strong knowledge of Property Management systems & platforms
• Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
• Highly organised and process-driven
• A solution-focused problem solver
• Exceptional communication & relationship-building skills
• A Full NZ Driver's License

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of properties and owners
• Marketing vacant properties and conducting viewings
• Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and tradespeople
• Processing applications & tenancy agreements
• Conducting routine inspections & reporting
• Managing rent arrears & maintenance requests
• Staying up-to-date with Residential Tenancies Act legislation
