The Role:You'll be responsible for ensuring our butchery department is fresh, full, and inviting every day. Your focus will be on producing quality cuts, maintaining high food safety standards, and providing excellent service to our loyal customers. There's also potential for additional hours across other areas of the store for the right candidate, offering variety and development opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present fresh meat products to a high standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety in line with Four Square and MPI standards.
• Provide great customer service and advice at the counter.
• Support other store departments as required.
• Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimizing waste.

About You:* Experience as a butcher or meat packer preferred, but training can be provided to the right person.

• Reliable, honest, and a good team player.
• Takes pride in presentation and consistency.
