We are seeking an experienced retail leader to manage our General Merchandise & Liquor departments at Pak'nSave Mangere. This role requires strong operational leadership, merchandise display excellence, compliance and Health & Safety responsibility, product buying, stock integrity, good receipting/stock controls, SAP knowledge and achieving KPIs.
Key Requirements
- Previous supervisory/management experience in retail
- SAP experience/knowledge and strong good receipting discipline
- Strong floor leadership and hands-on operational approach
- Excellent merchandising standards and execution
- Confident with compliance, H&S and store policy requirements
- Able to deliver results and achieve KPIs
