We’re looking for an energetic, customer-focused professional to take the lead in managing and growing our Shell and Filtration portfolio across the Waikato region. This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to own your territory, build lasting partnerships, and push performance beyond expectations within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing and developing key customer relationships across the Waikato and Wider North Island Territory.
- Driving sales growth for Shell lubricants and filtration products within your territory
- Identifying new opportunities, opening doors, and converting leads into long-term partnerships
- Delivering exceptional service that keeps customers coming back
- Contributing to strategic sales goals while continuously looking for smarter, better ways to grow
What we’re looking for
- High energy, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for winning in the field
- Proven ability to build trust, influence decisions, and deliver results in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Understanding of the wider Automotive or HD market with a genuine passion for making things tick.
- Someone who doesn’t just meet expectations — they consistently go above and beyond
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to operate independently
