What you'll be doing This is a hands-on, out-in-the-market role where you'll take ownership of your patch and run it like your own business. You'll be out there:
- Hunting down new opportunities and growing the customer base across your region
- Building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers and keeping them loyal
- Spotting market trends and making smart commercial calls to stay ahead
- Driving sales performance and smashing targets
- Partnering with our internal teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
We're in growth mode, this isn't a "hold the fort" role. You'll have:

Who are we looking for? You'll be someone who backs themselves commercially and doesn't wait to be told where the next opportunity is.
Ideally, you'll bring:
- Proven experience growing accounts and winning new business (3-5+ years in sales is a good benchmark)
- Strong relationship skills — you know how to build trust and keep it
- A results mindset — you like targets and you like exceeding them
- The ability to juggle multiple customers, priorities and opportunities at once
- Commercial acumen and the confidence to have real business conversations
Industry experience is great, but attitude, drive, and curiosity matter more.
