We have a rare opening to drive the finance growth of BYD, Jeep & RAM brands on the Shore as we are currently looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team at Andrew Simms North Shore. With 5+ new volume models joining the BYD line up in 2026, the brand new RAM Heavy Duty trucks launching in Q1 & the Jeep range receiving a strong refresh for the new year, opportunities for high income earning is endless!

Our performance expectations are high & we expect our team to set the example. We maintain high standards as the flagship dealership for our brands, so we need a top performer who can keep up with the growing sales volume to convert to Finance / Aftermarket at every opportunity, while still maintaining an exceptional level of service at all times.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

• Exceptional customer service and people skills
• Proven financial acumen & knowledge around vehicle financing
• Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• The confidence to build and foster strong relationships

Weekend work is required & those willing to maximise their earning potential will utilise these days best, but we operate a very fair roster equating to FIVE DAYS per week.
