About the Role This is a hands-on Internal Sales Specialist role in a busy industrial branch environment. Are you someone who just gets how things work?

What You’ll Be Doing No two days are the same — and that’s how you like it. You’ll be working across sales, service, and branch operations to keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly.
- Answering phones and serving trade customers at the counter
- Quote, process orders, and identify sales opportunities
- Recommend welding and gas solutions to suit customer needs
- Support warehouse dispatch and maintain stock accuracy
- Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
- Contribute to branch sales, margin and service targets
What We’re Looking For We need someone practical, proactive, and customer-focused — a team player who understands the trade environment and likes to get stuck in.
- Welding or mechanical experience (highly desirable)
- Background in industrial retail, warehousing, or internal sales
- Knowledge of welding products and applications
- Strong communication skills and customer focus
- Good computer skills and attention to detail
- Can-do attitude with a commitment to safety and teamwork
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business
