Are you highly organised, great with people, and motivated by delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for a National Accounts Coordinator to join our National Accounts team and help us strengthen partnerships across New Zealand's foodservice industry.

About the Role

As our National Accounts Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our national customers receive accurate pricing, seamless communication, and outstanding service.

Your day will include managing customer master data, supporting pricing and stock requirements, working closely with suppliers and branches, and providing reliable reporting that supports commercial decisions. You'll be the hub that keeps information flowing smoothly and ensures our customers always experience excellence.

What You'll Do

• Maintain accurate customer pricing and master data
• Support the National Account Managers with price changes and reporting
• Liaise with suppliers and branches to ensure stock availability and service delivery
• Provide timely customer reporting across weekly, monthly, and annual cycles
• Troubleshoot issues and support branches with customer‑focused solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
• Confident communication skills and a customer‑centric approach
• Ability to interpret data and use tools such as Excel (SQL experience a bonus)
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities
