HVAC Supervisor

This role is based in the Ellerslie/Mt Wellington area in Auckland.

Requirements:

Ready to take ownership of your own sites and build on an already successful branch? Based in Ellerslie, this is a rare opportunity to step into a HVAC Supervisor role with a well-established HVAC company that is now in the Auckland market. With a strong reputation in the market and a solid client base already in place, the business is going from strength to strength and we are looking for the right person to take this branch forward. This is a hands-on role where you will be taking responsibility for running jobs, pricing work, managing blue chip clients, and driving the growth of the HVAC offering while also helping out on the tools.

The majority of work currently sits across heat pump / hydronic installations on commercial sites, and service calls of faults across our sites.

The role will involve:

• Managing and delivering HVAC projects from start to finish
• Quoting, pricing, and winning work
• Carrying out installations (light commercial)
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Supporting the growth and direction of the HVAC branch
• Providing high levels of maintenance checks and service across commercial clients

The successful candidate will have:

• NZ-based HVAC experience (essential) EST at a minimum
• Strong background in commercial HVAC
• Experience pricing and running jobs
• Ability to work both on the tools and in a supervisory capacity
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• A proactive mindset with an interest in growing a business unit
• A team player who can lead from the front.
