We are looking for experienced Boat Builders to join our teams in Takanini and Mount Wellington.
About us: Rayglass Boats has been designing and building premium fibreglass powerboats in New Zealand for over 40 years. Every boat is built locally by skilled tradespeople who care about quality, safety, and performance. From hull construction through to final fit-out, we control the full build process, which means our team gets to work across a wide range of disciplines and see projects through from start to finish. Available roles:
- Composite Technicians / Laminators
- Chopper Gun Operators
- Boat Assemblers
- Fitout Boat Builders
- Marine or Automotive Servicing Technicians

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in one or more of the above areas
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands on, manual work
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
- Team players with good communication skills and a positive attitude
Position Details:
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Overtime may be available during peak production periods
