We are looking for a Boat Assembler to join our team in Takanini. This is a hands-on role working across a wide range of tasks to ensure our boats are constructed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grind, sand, and prepare fibreglass components for assembly
- Bond and fit hulls, decks, and structural components
- Carry out basic fibreglass repairs and finishing
- Read and follow build plans and work instructions
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Check work for quality and report any issues
- Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all H&S procedures
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets
This role suits someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
