Description
What you'll be doing:
- Finishing and smoothing precast concrete panels and products
- Stripping and preparing moulds and formwork
- Steel tying and fixing, pouring, screeding, use of manual and mechanical float, trowelling, and patching
- Quality checks and ensuring finishes meet required standards
- Working efficiently within a team
What we need from you:
- Proven experience in precast or concrete finishing
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to use hand tools, screed, trowels, grinders, and finishing equipment
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work safely and as part of a team
