About the Role: Max People are seeking an experienced Formworker to work on a large-scale construction project at Auckland Airport. This is a high-profile infrastructure site offering stable, ongoing work for skilled formworkers.
This role involves working across a range of formwork systems on a structured, safety-focused site. It suits a formworker with solid commercial or infrastructure experience who is looking for reliable, long-term work on a high-profile project.

What You Will Be Doing
- Installing, setting out, and striking formwork
- Working with a variety of formwork systems (including Doka, Peri, and traditional)
- Reading and working from plans and drawings
- Assisting with concrete pours and finishing
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient worksite
What We Require
- Proven experience as a Formworker on commercial or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of multiple formwork systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Solid understanding of site safety requirements
- Clean criminal record (Auckland Airport site requirement)
- Own tools and reliable transport preferred
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
