About the Role

This is not your average carpentry job. As a lead tradesperson on site, you'll be:

• Installing and repairing wooden windows and doors
• Leading an apprentice and setting the standard on-site
• Working directly with customers and representing our brand
• Delivering high-quality, detail-focused workmanship every day

You'll be working across Auckland in a mobile role, with variety and independence built into your day.

About You

You're a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in doing things properly. You may be looking for a fresh challenge, better pay, or the chance to specialise in a niche craft.

You'll ideally have experience in:

• Carpentry, building, cabinet making, or joinery
• Working independently and leading others
• Communicating confidently with customers

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

• Proven experience in the building or construction industry
• A qualification in building, cabinet making, or joinery
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• A solid work ethic and leadership mindset
• The ability to work efficiently without supervision
• A commitment to health and safety best practices
• A full, clean NZ driver's licence
• Must be willing to undergo and pass a pre-employment check
