We're on the hunt for Skilled Labourers, hammer hands, and builders who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in. If you can swing a hammer, push a broom, or back up a crew with a solid day's work - we want you on site, ASAP. We work with leading civil, construction, and logistics companies across the Southland region, so no two days on the road look the same.
Your Role Will Include:
- Helping keep sites looking sharp (prep + clean-up)
- Using tools and gear without turning them into modern art
- Backing up tradies and machine operators
- Sticking to Health & Safety rules (no cowboy stunts here)
What We're Looking For:
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug test (non-negotiable)
- Full Class 1 licence? Sweet. Not essential though.
- WTR endorsement? Even sweeter.
- SiteSafe ticket gets you a head start.
- Flexibility with hours + days - because no two sites are the same.
- A good attitude and the ability to work solo or with the crew.
