About the Role

We're currently looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter / Foreman to take ownership of projects on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and working alongside the crew on site
• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Coordinating materials, gear, and sub-trades
• Organising and attending inspections
• Recording variations and maintaining job documentation
• Ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish

This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll be on the tools while leading from the front. If you're looking to step away from the tools into a purely management role, this isn't for you.

About You

We're looking for a hands-on leader who leads from the front and isn't afraid to get stuck in. You'll run a tidy, efficient site, take pride in quality workmanship, and know how to keep jobs moving while keeping clients and crew on the same page. You'll need to be organised, reliable, and quick to problem-solve, with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts without missing a beat.

You'll also bring:

• Qualified Carpenter (LBP preferred)
• Proven experience running residential renovations end-to-end
• Strong leadership with an on-the-tools mindset
• Confidence managing crews, materials, schedules, and sub-trades
• Tech-savvy (or willing to learn job management systems)
• Solid organisation and time management
• Full driver's licence, own tools, and reliable vehicle
