Qualified Carpenter | Residential Projects | $35–$50/hr
We are seeking qualified carpenters to join a well-established team delivering high-quality residential work across Christchurch.
With five projects already confirmed and ready to commence, we're offering immediate starts across a mix of residential renovations, extensions, and new builds. Professionally run sites, with a strong forward pipeline for those looking for continuity and quality in their next role. This position will suit a carpenter with solid residential experience who can work confidently from plans, maintain a high standard of workmanship, and contribute positively within established site teams.
The role offers:
- Immediate start on confirmed projects.
- Residential renovations, extensions, and new builds
- Work across Christchurch, Selwyn, and North Canterbury.
- Hourly rates between $35 and $50, depending on experience.
- Weekly pay with contractor and wage options available.
To be considered, you will have:
- Trade qualification in carpentry.
- Proven residential construction experience.
- Ability to work independently and read plans confidently.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
