We’re looking for an experienced Civil & Earthworks Operator to join a range of reputable contractors delivering infrastructure and construction projects across the region.

This is an opportunity to get in front of well-run teams working on everything from bulk earthworks through to detailed finishing work. If you’re confident on the machines and take pride in your work, there are multiple pathways depending on your strengths.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating a range of heavy machinery across civil and construction sites
• Supporting earthworks, site prep, and general project delivery
• Working alongside crews to keep jobs moving efficiently and safely
• Carrying out pre-starts and basic machine care
• Contributing to a strong health & safety culture on site

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experience operating machinery in civil, construction, or earthworks environments
• Comfortable across bulk work, trimming, or a mix of both
• GPS experience is a bonus, not essential
• Reliable, adaptable, and able to work as part of a crew
• Good attitude and pride in your work
