We're looking for a skilled and experienced Tiler to join our team and help deliver quality work across a variety of projects throughout Auckland.

About the Role

You'll be working across a range of residential projects including new builds and renovations, installing tiles to a high standard while managing your own workflow and contributing to the team.

From time to time, you may also be required to assist within our sister company, Maximum Stone Ltd, giving you exposure to a broader range of work.

You will:

• Have solid tiling experience
• Take pride in your workmanship

• Be organised and punctual
• Be confident reading plans and setting out work

Key Responsibilities:

• Tile quantification and planning before installation
• Installation of tiles to various substrates
• Screeding, leveling, and surface preparation
• Waterproofing internal wet areas
• Mixing and applying adhesives, grouts, and compounds
• Quality assurance throughout projects
• Managing and running your own short-term jobs
• Material sourcing when required
• Working alongside team members and other trades
• Occasional support work with Maximum Stone Ltd when required

Requirements:

• Full NZ Driver's License
• Ability to work across the wider Auckland region
• Physically fit (role includes lifting and site work)
• Good communication skills
