With an extensive forward workload, we are looking for a skilled, trade-qualified Joiner to join our team. You will be working from our modern, well-equipped workshop utilizing top-quality machinery. This role is perfect for a cabinet maker who genuinely cares about the end result, takes pride in high standards of workmanship, and enjoys a positive team environment.

What you'll do

• Manufacture and assemble bespoke cabinetry and premium joinery.
• Read and accurately interpret detailed plans and specifications.
• Produce high-quality finishes that consistently meet designer and client expectations.
• Stage kitchens during assembly to ensure all components work correctly, allowing for quick, easy, and accurate on-site installation.
• Operate workshop machinery safely, proficiently, and efficiently.

What we're looking for

• A trade qualification in cabinet making or joinery is essential.
• Ideally 3+ years of practical experience in cabinet making.
• Proven experience and deep technical knowledge of joinery production.
• A reliable, positive, and proactive "can-do" attitude.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to being a great team player.
• A current New Zealand driver's licence.
