Morrinsville New World is currently looking for a 2IC to join our dynamic Butchery team. You will be a part of a team of 8, assisting in training 2 Butchery apprentices.
Competitive salary offered.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Foodstuffs Butchery Apprenticeship Graduate or Trade Certificate.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; SAP knowledge an advantage.
- Previous butchery or butcher assistant experience.
- To be customer service and results focused.
- To be physical fit and healthy.
- Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
- An exceptional team player.
- People Leadership skills.
