Join a global leader in washroom and managed service solutions. We're seeking a customer-focused Service Delivery Manager to lead our Washroom Management Program across Auckland.
What We Offer
- Approximately $100k salary package, including company vehicle with limited personal use
- 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Mon-Fri — early start, early finish

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 18 washroom service staff across Northcote, CBD, and Manukau
- Ensure services are delivered on time, in full, and to standard
- Complete regular Quality Assurance audits and maintain compliance
- Manage staff rosters, leave cover, overtime, and weekly timesheet accuracy
- Control costs, hours, and gross profit targets
- Manage reactive work orders and ensure timely completion
- Oversee staff training, certification, and refreshers
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and run weekly team meetings
- Produce accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Manage stock and equipment to ensure service continuity
- Cultivate and maintain a positive team culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong customer service and administration skills
- Proven leadership and team-building ability
- A continuous improvement mindset and confident decision-making
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screening
- Legal entitlement to work in NZ
