Due to an increase in work load we are looking for a qualified Field Service Auto Electrician to join our team in Hamilton.
Job description
- Auto Electrical maintenance of all types of diesel earthmoving and road construction equipment.
- Detect and diagnose electrical faults by using gauges and instruments that check electrical and electronic circuitry, fuel injection systems, hydraulic systems, engineer speed control, engine condition and performance.
- Operate plant and equipment as required for servicing and maintenance.
- Work with management, team, internal and external clients to plan servicing and maintenance activities.
- Complete call outs after hours as required by mutual consent.
- Work with or supervise contractors on site.
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer’s specifications.
- Any other matters relating to the smooth running of the branch.
Minimum of 40 hours worked per week. Trade qualified or minimum 3 years' experience in trade. Hourly Rate $35-$40 per hour.
