Description

As a Construction Labourer, you will play an important role in supporting our clients operations. This position involves a variety of physical tasks to assist tradespeople and ensure the job site runs smoothly. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to go each day, and contributes positively to the team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general labour duties such as site cleanup, material handling, and basic tool use
  • Assist with setup and teardown of job sites
  • Support trades and site supervisors as needed
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in varying weather conditions
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must have a clear criminal record
  • Reliable transportation to and from job sites
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous construction experience is an asset, but not required.
