Are you a skilled flooring professional or labourer looking for more responsibility and variety in your day-to-day work?
We're looking for reliable and experienced Carpet & Vinyl Layers who are ready to step into a Foreman-style role - combining hands-on installation with operational support from the office.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing carpet, vinyl, and vinyl planks in residential and commercial spaces
- Preparing subfloors, cutting and fitting materials, and delivering high-quality finishes
- Supervising job sites and performing quality checks
- Coordinating with builders, contractors, and clients
- Assisting with daily job tracking, scheduling, and light paperwork
- Stepping in with tools when the team is short-staffed
- Representing the company professionally on every project

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in flooring or very strong general labouring experience
- Confident, honest, and able to lead by example
- Capable of working independently while following clear directions
- Strong communicator and team player
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Full NZ Driver's Licence required
- Comfortable working across new builds and commercial worksites
- Someone who values a respectful, down-to-earth team culture
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
