Customer Service / Forklift

Our client is a local leader supplying the building industry in North Canterbury. They are now looking for a Customer Service person / Forklift driver to work in their busy premises in Amberley.

This role is a full time role going temp to perm for the right person.

Duties are varied and include but are not limited to:

  • Customer service
  • Working with wood products
  • Loading & unloading
  • Keeping warehouse tidy
  • Some paperwork involved
  • Some repetitive work involved

To be considered for this position you will need to have:

  • Proven forklift experience
  • A Current OSH & F endorsement
  • A good level of physical fitness (Some lifting involved)
  • Good attention to detail

Truck licence would be advantageous but not essential.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of their role, for someone who is a self starter.

You will be working within a small team so a sense of humour is essential.
