About The Role: We're after a drainlayer or experienced drainage labourer to join a hardworking, tight-knit team working across stormwater, sewer, and water mains on new subdivision projects in Christchurch (Hornby to Rolleston). You'll be part of a growing company with under 20 staff, where your skills and work ethic actually count.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Installing stormwater, sewer, and water main pipelines
- Working 2-4 metres deep in trench shields
- Pipe laser setup, backfilling, compaction to spec
- Delivering quality work with a skilled, motivated crew
What We Require:
- 2+ years drainage experience
- Confident with pipe lasers, backfill, and compaction
- Safety-conscious, productive, and dependable
- Enjoys planning, cracking on, and getting results
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe - we can assist with this.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
