About Us:

Precision Group is a Wellington-based, NZ-owned family company that has been delivering quality roofing and trade services for years. You'll join experienced crews working on interesting, varied projects across the region, with the backing of a company that invests in its people.

What you'll do:

• Predominately residential with some commercial roofing installation, repairs and maintenance
• Chimney and flashing work.
• Asbestos removal (Class B) - full training & certification support provided for the right candidate
• Work safely and efficiently across residential and commercial sites
• Representing Precision Group professionally with our clients

Who we're looking for:

Essential:

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on roofing experience (residential or commercial)
• Current NZ Drivers licence
• Strong safety awareness - you follow the rules because you care, not because you have to
• Good communicator who works well in a team and independently
• NZ work rights (Citizens, Residents, and open work visa holders welcome)

Preferred (not required - we'll consider you without these):

• NZ Certificate in Roofing Level 3 or 4 (or working towards it)
• Asbestos Removal Class B licence - or openness to obtain it (we'll support you)
• Experience across multiple roofing materials (iron, tile, membrane, butynol)
