What We're Looking For

To hit the ground running, ideally, you'll have:

• 2-3+ years of roofing experience
• The ability to read plans, measure roofs, and draw flashings
• A proactive attitude and solution-focused mindset
• The ability to take feedback positively and continue improving
• A strong work ethic - understanding that some days require everyone to dig deep to support the team and hit deadlines
• A clean driver's licence
