The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Roofers or Carpenters to join a hardworking and motivated team delivering high-quality projects across the region. This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply your technical skills across a variety of roofing work, while contributing to a team culture focused on safety, productivity, and workmanship.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out roofing work including installations, replacements, repairs, cleaning, and spraying
- Deliver high-quality workmanship across residential and commercial projects
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and productivity targets
- Assist with mentoring and supporting apprentices and junior staff
- Maintain positive working relationships with clients, site managers, and suppliers
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and company procedures at all times
What You’ll Bring
- Proven roofing experience (trade qualification or certification preferred; LBP advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and safe work practices
- Reliable, organised, and committed to producing quality work
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
- Full Class 1 driver licence
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and MOJ checks
Days & Hours
Monday to Friday | 7:30am – 5:00pmOccasional Saturday work as required
