About the Role

We are growing and have an exciting opportunity for a Rope Access / Height Works Technician to join our high-performing team. This role offers genuine variety — no two days are the same. You’ll work across a range of challenging and rewarding projects, gaining exposure to multiple height access disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Abseil painting
• Glazing at height
• Swing stage installation
• Installation and inspection of roof anchors
• General rope access and height works as required You’ll work alongside skilled professionals who value safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

• IRATA or IRANZ Rope Access certification (any level considered)
• Current Working at Heights certification
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safe work procedures
• Physically fit and comfortable working at height
• Full NZ driver’s licence (or restricted with ability to travel) Desirable:
• EWP licence
• Trade background (painting, glazing, construction, or similar)
• Experience with swing stages and anchor systems
• First Aid certification
