Casual Charter Driver - Hamilton

The Opportunity We are looking for confident Charter Drivers to join our Hamilton based team on a casual charter basis. With an increase is charter work, we’re expanding our crew to meet the demand for tours and charters. If you hold a Class 4 licence (minimum) and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to have you on board. You’ll be an important part of your community and play a key role in supporting New Zealand’s tourism industry.

Team Ritchies Ritchies is one of Aotearoa New Zealand’s leading passenger transport companies with a team of more than 2,000 people providing coach and charter services right across the country. We partner with regional councils and schools to supply public transport services as well as offering a range of bus and coach hire services to businesses and the general public. You would be joining us at an exciting time in Ritchies’ history as we gear up to decarbonise our fleet and move to a more sustainable public transport model.

You are prepared to work weekends and be able to work away from home depending on tour durations. You take pride in your appearance and can communicate with people from all walks of life.

Your Skills

• Great communicator and capable of delivering commentary
• Physically capable of lifting up to 20kgs
• NZ Class 4 license (minimum)
• P endorsement
• Can operate manual transmission
