Class 5 Driver Wanted – Spread Success with Us!

You'll be based in Renwick, right in the heart of the Marlborough wine region.
The Role
You'll be behind the wheel of our MAN 4x4, kitted out with Tabula GPS, Whitehead spread control, and an ERL 3-axle self-elevating trailer, delivering precision for local farms when it matters most. When vineyard season hits, you'll switch gears and run our Hino or Isuzu Class 2 mini spreaders to keep things moving.
The Work Pattern
- Generally 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM (day shifts)
- Hours vary by workload and weather
- Some weekend work possible if wet/windy during the week
- Seasonal Variation:
- No fixed hours for Fert & Spreading
- Weekly hours range from 30 to 50–60 hrs, depending on time of year
- Pay: Guaranteed 80-hour minimum per fortnight
What You Bring
- Class 5 Licence
- 2 plus years experience
- Experience with hill country work would be an advantage.
- You would also be involved in mixing fertiliser blends with the loader and bagging orders when required.
- There will be yard work in the quieter times and helping out the bulk & freight team when needed as the job is very weather dependant.
