Class 5 Driver

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Class 5 driver looking for your next role? We're looking for a professional and proactive driver who is passionate about driving to join our growing business.

In this role you will see yourself delivering chilled & frozen food to businesses within the Hawkes Bay region, this will include manual lifting and hand unloads, checking temperature settings, ensuring accuracy of documentation and completing daily vehicle checks.

This role will be Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday to be worked. Hours of work will vary depending on the business needs and customers requirements.

Qualifications:

• Full Class 5 license, with a minimum of 3+ years NZ Class 5 driving experience
• Experience driving truck & trailer, semis, and b-trains
• Proficient in reversing units, coupling & uncoupling
• Have a good geographical knowledge of the North Island.
• Have a working knowledge of EROAD & TruckMate
• A self-motivated, can-do attitude
